The all-new T3HVD series high-voltage differential probes from Teledyne Test Tools are broadband active differential voltage probes with a bandwidth of up to 200 MHz,

voltage ratings up to ±7000V (DC and peak AC), fast and accurate waveform capture, measurement accuracy up to ±2%, and low load on the test circuit.

These probes can be used with any oscilloscope that has a 1 MΩ BNC input.
