History

Beginning as Japan's first domestic maker of electric meters, Yokogawa grew into a comprehensive instrumentation group. Its precision power analysers became reference instruments for inverter and motor efficiency measurement, and its oscilloscope range (formerly LeCroy-based designs for the Japanese market and later the DLM series) addresses both communications and power-electronics test.
